Since the release date for Guild Wars 2 has been announced, (28.8.2012) we decided to create a section dedicated to Guild Wars. This thread is for general discussion about Guild Wars games.

I have played ~100 hrs of Guild Wars 1. I really liked it, but it's an old game so it lacked players. I have probably played GW2 more than GW1, even though it's still in beta and only accessible during beta weekends.

If you don't have GW2, get it.

I MIGHT when I get the money to buy it... Just don't get your hopes up, It's only a MAYBE atm.
