Hello women. I will now present to you a demanding update on this immensely attractive blog.
I will get straight to the point: my computer may or may not have a few screws loose in its head, literally and whichever other way possible. Yesterday when I was doing whatever I have forgotten by now, Windows decided to be a gentleman and give me the following message: "Windows has found a critical error and will proceed to restart in one minute.". Of course, after one minute passes, this brilliant computer of mine shuts down and restarts according to the message. Now before any woman questions me if I have properly scanned my computer; yes, that is the most common thing to do, which I did and found a total of 33 viruses. BUT! I was forced to pause the scan because Windows decided to once again pester my awesomeness with the same message, thus I have not been able to fully complete a scan.
I will now provide you with two pictures before and after the tragic.
No, do not question about the contents of my wonderful desktop as I will run a stick down your throat and out the bum. These are all the details I, The Awesome, can provide. If you have any ideas of what this catastrophe might be, please reply.
Sarcasm and jokes aside, I'm surprised I succeeded in writing all this before Windows decided to be a douche again. After all, I spend a lot of time on writing messages like these, too fucking long if I may say so myself. But yeah if you have some clues, or even some tips, tell me and I'll try to fix it asap. If not, I'm going to have to contact my parents and tell them I will be using the 1500 dollars on a new computer and won't have anything to eat until they return.
Anyways, a bit of a comical update, hopefully. I'll catch you guys later.
A bit of a late reply, but I believe I have gotten rid of the problem. To be completely honest, I have no idea how but it happened. Restarting my computer, opening up the setup and browsing through the menus, downloading Malwarebytes and doing a quick scan apparently fixed it. My computer has been on for a few nights now and there seems to be no problems.
Also after doing a full scan I had to restart my computer, so I did, but my desktop returned to the mess it was before. It still is messy since I gave up re-arranging everything after like 5 times. I haven't tried yet, but if restarting my computer still messes with the icons on my desktop; is there a way to somehow stop the icons from automatically re-arranging?
It's as if your PC doesn't save your settings before you restart it. I highly suggest you save your important files and do a re-install of your Windows. If you don't know how, you could try contacting a couple of tech services and ask them if they do OS re-installs.
If you had 33 viruses, some of them could've corrupted your Windows files. You could boot into safe mode, and try to scan from there. To do that, just restart your PC and slowly spam F8 until you get a strange boot-up screen with some safe mode options. Pick safe mode with networking, so that you have internet access.
Download Malwarebytes from safe mode and let it scan as well. Tell me how it goes.
